Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods,
In the case of partial deliveries: on the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item of goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can also use our digital returns portal for this purpose:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires .

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you . Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return shipping costs

You, as the buyer, are responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment . Please use our returns portal for easy processing whenever possible.

Compensation for diminished value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
